The society is established and shall be administered under the provisions of the Constitution of India.

The society shall strive to train technical persons with industrial Back- Ground.
The society shall also establish training schools and colleges to strengthen and promote Educational Activities.
It shall work-out a plan to remove gaps in Educational setup in order to promote scientific and technical needs of rural masses.
