Examination Committee

A major strength of GLEC is its Examination Cell, which plays a crucial role in efficiently handling the following responsibilities:

• Administering sessional exams for B.E. in accordance with the Osmania University (OU) almanac.
• Examining sessional exam answer scripts to ensure proper assessment.
• Oversees the recording of sessional marks for theory and practical subjects in the OU portal and ledger.
• Notifying parents about sessional exam absentees through SMS.
• Dispatching sessional exam marks to parents via SMS.
• Dispatching end-semester examination result memos to parents through post mail.
• Mailing end-semester examination result memos to parents.
• Administering end-semester practical exams and recording marks in the OU portal.
• Conducting result analysis for sessional and end-semester exams.
• Compiling necessary documents for inspections conducted by OU, AICTE and Governing Body meetings.
